Our shopping methods include but are not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon logistics.

Up to 5-8 working days for all orders and all the packages are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. This includes order processing time (within 2-3 days).

Please allow 1 to 3 open days for order processing on top of the 3 to 5 days shipping time.

Total delivery time(4-8 days)=Processing time(1-3 days) + Logistics time in transit(3-5 days)

We have many warehouses in the United States, the following is a part of the main warehouses:

IN Warehouse: 4412 W 300 N, GREENFIELD, IN 46140-7099

NV Warehouse: 12300 Bermuda Road, HENDERSON, NV 89044-8746

We will select the nearest warehouse for delivery according to the address you fill in the order. If there is no stock in the nearby warehouse, we will choose other warehouses for delivery.

We will also send the package to your address from the CN factory directly because some products are partially sold out. We will update the package information immediately by the email you left. The relevant shipping costs and delivery time are as follow:

We provide FREE SHIPPING to all states of the United States without any threshold(No limit of price or quantity). But if you need to return the refund, please pay the postage in advance, and we will refund the buyer together with the refund. You can view more at Return & Refund Policy

Shipping destinations
We currently only support orders in the United States because of the relevant logistics providers. Hope you can kindly understand this!

Delivery to PO Boxes is impossible.

Please specify a complete house/office address including your name, address, city, state, zip code, and phone number.
The phone number is only used for logistics to contact you to arrange delivery. We will not divulge your phone number.
